Mobile FAQ
Is the treatment the same as in-clinic?+
Yes. Our mobile setup uses the same SoftWave device, treatment table, and supplies we use in the clinic — same private, professional session, just brought to you.
How does mobile pricing work?+
Simple, flat prices with travel already included anywhere in Columbia: a Mobile Evaluation is $99, a treatment session is $125 (1 region), $175 (2 regions), or $205 (3 regions), and a full VIP Home Visit is $300. If you're outside Columbia, a flat mileage fee is added on top.
What's the mileage fee if I'm outside Columbia?+
It's a flat, no-surprises fee: +$40 for anywhere up to 30 miles from our office, and +$75 for 30–50 miles. Beyond 50 miles, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
What's the difference between a Standard session and a Home Visit?+
A standard mobile session ($125 for one region, $175 for two, $205 for three) is a focused SoftWave treatment brought to you. The Home Visit ($300) is our full VIP experience delivered right to your home — more time and the complete rehab treatment.
Can the mileage fee be reduced?+
Yes. When we already have appointments scheduled in your area on a given day, we're happy to reduce the mileage fee for additional bookings nearby — it costs us nothing extra to add a stop on a trip we're already making. Check the Live Mobile Schedule above and book a day we're heading your way.
How do you calculate distance?+
We measure driving distance from our Columbia office (5053 South Providence Rd) to your address using Google Maps. Anything in Columbia is free; past that we use flat mileage bands so there are no surprises.
Do you serve outside the 50-mile radius?+
Sometimes. Give us a call at (573) 777-9779 and tell us where you are. For longer trips we typically need multiple bookings on the same trip to make the travel worthwhile.
